I love the kettlebells! I feel strong and fit, and I have so much stamina from working out with these great weights. I never really get winded. The best thing is that now that I know what to do and I have written down a few routines, I can do this at home by myself on days that I can't get to the gym (but of course it's much more fun to be with other people - and being with other people pushes me to do more.)
I should also mention that boot camp is a great way to ramp up the fitness routine, and it's a good alternative workout so that I'm not taxing my body with too much weight on too many days. It's strenuous, but Debbie makes it fun.
